• Q: What are the actual costs associated with this service?
  • A: There is a one-time (per household) life-time license fee to have access to all these channels.  This fee includes the first 30 days of streaming service.  After the first 30 days, you will pay $19.95 per month on a month-to-month basis.  There is no long-term contract.   
  • Q: How much money would I save if I switched to your Streaming Television service?

  • Q: What channels will I actually have access to once I pay the licensing fee?
  • A: You will have access to every channel offered, thousands worldwide.  Click HERE to see the Channel list.  More channels are being added and they will be available to you at no additional cost.
  • Q: What quality can I expect from these various channels?
  • A: Almost every channel is delivered in HD (high definition).   
  • Q: Is this legal?  
  • A: YES.  Watching TV content streamed over the internet is legal. However, it is not legal to download or record any material that is copyrighted.  Some IPTV services stream content from servers that have recorded the content, and many times the content is copyrighted. Even though you are watching it as it is streamed, such as a movie-on-demand, (since someone had to record the content in order for you to be able to watch it), copyright laws may have been violated. 
  • As for our streamed content, the aggregator of the content that we use purchases content directly from the content owners through arrangements known in the industry as "carriage deals". The rates the aggregator pays for the right to stream this content are determined by a fee scale based on how many customers will be viewing the content. Because the aggregator is licensed to stream the content through these carriage deals with the various content owners, and because we do not stream recorded content, this is 100% legal.  It is also why the license fee is required.
  • Q: Am I able to DVR / record the Streaming TV shows I watch?
  • A: NO.  Current laws prevent anyone from downloading or recording any material that is copyrighted. If using a DVR is an important way that you watch your content, we do not recommend our service to you.
  • Q: How many screens can access the service with each subscription?
  • A: Two.  If you are interested in viewing on more than two screens, you will need to purchase a separate subscription ($19.95 per month) per screen as well as ensure that each particular screen has a connection to the internet.  
  • Q: Since this is a streaming video service, what internet speed do I need to have in order for this to work?
  • A: If you are watching this from your home TV or computer/laptop, you will need a minimum download speed of 20mbps.   To test your connection, click HERE.
  • Q: What devices is this service compatible with?
  • A: The platform currently works with the following devices:
    • Android,
    • iPhone,
    • Amazon Fire stick,
    • laptops/computers,
    • tablets,
    • iPads,
    • smart phones and
    • Smart TV's that allow apps.
  • Q: Can this service work on any TV?
  • A: YES, as long as that TV is connected to the internet.  Apple TV, Smart TV & TV's that have an Amazon Firestick are compatible with our service.  
  • Q: If I use this on my mobile phone will it use my data?
  • A: YES.  Please make sure you have an unlimited data plan before using this on a device where you are charged usage by the gig.
  • Q: Can multiple people use one account at the same time, similar to Netflix?  Can I use this on my mobile phone AND home TV (or other devices) at the same time? 
  • A: NO.  Every subscription is coded to a particular IP address and so watching it in two locations (on one subscription) is not possible and in violation of the license.
  • Q: What if I want to use this service in multiple locations of my home or business?  Is this possible?
  • A: YES.  If you have paid the one-time, lifetime license fee, it includes a second subscription for free. This second subscription is only available after you have paid the one-time license fee.  
  • Q: How soon after I pay the licensing fee will I be able to begin using the service?   ** IMPORTANT **
  • A: Usually the same day. To expedite the process, send an email directly to activate@legendsvipnetwork.com and ask them to activate your subscription.  Once your payment has posted and your account has been registered, you can download the app, enter your login credentials (emailed to you) and begin using the service.  Once you receive the email, you are good to go! 
  • Q: Will my current cable tv subscription automatically cease once I sign up for the streaming service?
  • A: NO.  You will need to contact your current cable TV company and inform them that you would like to cancel their services.  We do not cancel any subscriptions you have with any other cable or streaming service.  
  • Q: I see that the service offers "adult" channels.  Can I block these from my subscription?
  • A: YES.  The adult channels are only available / included if you ask for them.  By default, they are not part of the subscription unless they are requested.   There are also parental controls available within the service.   
  • Q: Who do I contact if I need customer or technical support?
  • A: The most common issue is that the system/channels need to be refreshed.  To see how to do this, click here. For technical support, read the Troubleshooting Instructions to see if your issue is addressed here.  If the problem persists, email support@legendsvipnetwork.com.  We are an authorized reseller and work in partnership with Legends VIP Network and do not handle any requests or issues beyond the initial transaction.  If you desire to cancel your account, information on how to do that can be found on the Terms of Service section of the Legends VIP Network website.  
  • Q: Is there a way to "try it before I buy it" - to see if I like it?
